Founded in Palm Beach, Florida, Asset Card was built to bring real financial infrastructure to the yachting industry. One live platform that replaces the cash floats, spreadsheets, and fragmented tools the industry has relied on for too long.
From the job site to the water.
In 2024, our founders identified a critical gap in the construction industry. Contractors had no reliable way to understand real-time spend against budget on individual projects. Accounting lagged by weeks, sometimes months, and by the time most contractors knew they were over budget, it was already too late to course correct.
We built a platform to solve it. By giving contractors live visibility into every dollar across every project, we fundamentally changed how operational finance worked for them.
After successfully developing and deploying that platform, we asked a bigger question: what other industries were suffering from the same problem, real money moving fast, with reporting that could not keep up?
The answer was yachting. An industry where six-figure advance provisioning allowances are managed on spreadsheets, crew expenses tracked on personal cards, and owners waiting weeks for a financial picture that should be available in real time.

A serial entrepreneur with a track record of building and scaling businesses across multiple industries. Brendan brings over ten years of operational leadership specializing in taking companies from $20M to $60M in revenue. He is the founder of Dash To Solution, a technology solutions firm serving small and medium-sized businesses across the Bahamas, and has founded four profitable businesses across his career.
Kyle Jadevaia
Former CEO and founder of Ridge Secure Technologies, a B2B SaaS company he built and sold in a seven-figure transaction to a private equity firm. With a career managing Fortune 500 clients including AT&T, Twitter, and Amazon, and overseeing sales quotas of up to $100M, Kyle brings enterprise-level commercial experience to every aspect of how Asset Card is built and grown.
Jesse Clinton
One of the industry's youngest superyacht captains, Jesse has logged over 20,000 nautical miles and oversees the financial and operational management of a private superyacht fleet. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Leeward Capital LP, a boutique private equity and real estate firm that has raised and deployed tens of millions in capital. Jesse serves as a Board Member of Sea Corps Maritime, a nonprofit dedicated to building careers and leadership pathways in the maritime industry.
